Have some time to kill? Facebook is now rolling out Instant Games to Messenger users worldwide.
Facebook first introduced Instant Games on Messenger in November with 17 titles, including Pac-Man, Space Invaders, and Words with Friends: Frenzy. The HTML5-powered cross-platform gaming experience lets you easily discover, share, and play games on Messenger without having to install new apps.
That number is now growing to 50; everyone on iOS and Android should see them over the next few weeks. Facebook said that "more are being introduced every week," like pool game Miniclip's 8 Ball Pool, which arrives soon.

Facebook also today launched some new "rich gameplay features" that developers can incorporate into their titles, like turn-based games with leaderboards and tournaments. They can also now create game bots to "help re-engage players by calling out new game options," Facebook Messenger Product Manager Andrea Vaccari wrote in a blog post.

"When developers start to take advantage of these new capabilities everyone wins with more dynamic and engaging gaming experiences," Vaccari added.
These new gaming features come after Facebook last month rolled out group payments in its Messenger app. The feature adds a dollar sign icon to group conversations. Tapping it will let you chose who to request money from: you can enter individual amounts for each person or a total sum to divide evenly.
